Our fitness room is conceptually unique. Our offer is based on so-called self-weight exercises, which will optimally train, support and stretch your body. Together with treadmill, exercise bike, stepper and various weights, our fitness room offers everything the sporting heart desires.

"Anima sana in corpore sano" - even the ancient Romans knew that a healthy body is a healthy mind. To enable us to respond even more individually to your personal fitness, we offer you training sessions with our qualified personal trainer Phil Anker.
Train privately and undisturbed with exercises tailored to your needs, requirements, characteristics and wishes. In addition to an introductory consultation, he will put together a personal training plan for you.
Growing up in the midst of Tyrolean nature, sport has been an important part of Phil's life from a very young age. In addition to training as a state ski instructor and coach, his coaching career has taken him to the ski teams of Australia and England. From 2011 onwards, the focus of his training became conscious, and he increasingly focused on personal training. In addition to top athletes in winter sports, Phil serves a wide range of clients from seniors to training groups, athletes and personal training clients.
