On your arrival day your rooms are ready from 3 p.m. On your departure day we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. You can deposit your lugguage in the hotel and refresh yourself in an own bathroom.
Is there a hotel shuttle, e.g. to the next airport or train station?
We would be happy to bring you to the next train station. Unfortunately, we do not offer a shuttle to the next airports in Innsbruck and Salzburg. However, we would be happy to organise a taxi for you or to help you find the right train or bus.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accpet cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and EC cards.
We only accept private credit cards, but no corporate credit cards or prepaid cards (e.g.: ÖAMTC, Amazon Lufthansa, …).
If you want to depart before 8 a.m. we kindly ask you to pay the bill the day before until 9 p.m. Apart from that you can pay the bill on your day of departure at the reception from 8 a.m.
What's the visitor's tax and why do I have to pay it?
The visitor's tax is a tourism levy to the local community. It's used for e.g. rubbish collection, canal dues or the maintenance of touristic infrastructure such as mountain railways, hiking trails or swimming pools etc.

Yes, our outdoor pool is heated (31°C in winter, 28 ° in summer). It's open from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m.
How long is the sauna area open?
Our wellness area Latschenkiefer SPA opens daily from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. In case of bad weather we also open earlier.
Are children allowed in the sauna area?
The whole sauna area is a nude area and a bijou of peace and relaxation. Therefore we ask you for your understanding that children until the the age of 16 are not allowed in the sauna area.
Do you offer special wellness treatments?
Yes, we offer numerous, relaxing wellbeing treatments such as massages, peelings, wellbeing packages and much more. Book your appointment at the reception.
Do you provide bathrobes?
Cosy bathrobes and towels are provided in a bag in your room for free (for the duration of your stay).
May I use the wellness area as external guest as well?
Thanks to our attractive Day Spa offers also external guests have the possiblity to relax and unwind in our 800 m2 wellness area "Latschenkiefer SPA". We also provide a bag with bathrobe & slippers for your Day Spa visit.
Due to Covid-19 at the moment a Day Spa vor external guests is not possible)
