In Austria the 2 G rule applies in hotels and restaurants. 2 G rule: Guests must present a valid vaccination certificate or confirmation of having had COVID-19 (max. 180 days in the past) on arrival.

From now on, in addition to the 2-G rule, you need a PCR test valid for 72 hours or proof of a booster vaccination to enter Austria.

Of course, we also adhere to the prescribed protection and hygiene measures. The well-being and health of our guests and staff is still our top priority and we would like to make sure that you have an unforgettable holiday with us in Fieberbrunn, despite all the circumstances.

If you have only the slightest signs of illness, we ask you NOT to make the journey to us and to follow the local hygiene and safety measures.

  • Regulation for children: 
    • The obligation to present valid proof does not apply to children up to the age of 12.
    • The Ninja Pass is treated as equivalent to a 2-G pass and is therefore also valid as proof of admission to restaurants, cinemas or cable cars.
    • For children from 12 to 15 years of age, the Holiday Ninja Pass is available as an exception to the 2-G proof for young people who have not been vaccinated or have not been fully vaccinated. The Holiday-Nina Pass is available at the hotel.
  • How does the Holiday Ninja Pass work?
    • The requirement for the passport is serial testing. This means that at least 3 tests must be carried out within 5 days, at least 2 of which must be PCR tests. The PCR test kits are available free of charge in the resort and can be done as a gargle test in the hotel room. The antigen test can be done free of charge in the hotel. If a consistently valid test certificate with PCR and/or antigen test is available within these 5 days and is also carried along, this means equality with the 2G status, even for days 6 and 7 without further test certificates. This allows the stay in hotels, restaurants, leisure facilities and the use of cable cars.
  • Wash and disinfect your hands regularly
  • Sufficient soap & disinfectant in all areas for you and our employees is provided
  • All our premises are cleaned under intensified cleaning & hygiene measures
  • The specified distance between the tables in the dining room and a fixed table allocation are guaranteed
  • Increased hygiene measures in the buffet area, such as hand disinfection before removing food
  • Maintaining the minimum distance also in the wellness area, which is guaranteed by the limited number of people in the SPA area
  • Regular ventilation in all rooms
  • Please understand that we can only welcome you WITHOUT covid-like symptoms
  • FFP2 masks are compulsory in all public rooms and in public transport.

Our adapted cancellation conditions allow you absolute flexibility even in the event of a travel warning or renewed tightening of entry and exit conditions.

All summer bookings are subject to free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

  •     Up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
  •     Up to 1 week: 70% of the agreed price
  •     From 1 week before arrival and in case of early departure: 90% of the agreed price

 

All winter bookings are subject to free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
